Long term study visits 2-6 weeks or more. We are building group visits into our Earth
Centre projects particularly in Sierra Leone. We have a 75 bed capacity in York Village
– simple but clean, safe and comfortable accommodation set within a fantastic natural
habitat and fascinating Creole culture. These study visits are low cost and embody a
fund raising element. The aim is to fund and complete a specific project whilst in the
field- a nature trail, a visitor centre, observation towers, a field school etc. Students
do not necessarily have to help in the building- its optional. Most time is spent in
environment, nature and cultural studies. Fantastic experience with a real sense of
achievement!
